SENATE BILL NO. 188 "An Act increasing the maximum amount of                                        
loans from the bulk fuel revolving loan fund to one borrower" was                                   
read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2823.                                  
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 188(FIN) "An Act                                          
relating to the maximum amount of loans from the bulk fuel revolving                                
loan fund to one borrower in a fiscal year" was adopted.                                            
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on                               
final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
